How long does it normally take for CSC to appear once you've redeemed an Ultimate Game Card?

I redeemed mine half an hour ago and received an email saying:

Hello JayJays,

We have communicated your payment to Subeta for the JayJays account. Your payment should now be reflected on their site.

As well as information about my purchase, payment method, balance, etc. But my balance is still the same?

i'm having this problem too but i haven't even received an e-mail yet. kind of annoying since the sale will be ending soon.

While many purchases are instant we do ask that users wait 24 hours, just in case there's a delay. If after that time you still do not have your order you should make a Ticket and we'll look into it for you.

I cashed in my UGC last week, and it paid out instantly. That's strange yours is taking a while.

I just redeemed one and it took maybe half an hour for it to actually show up - maybe there's a bit of a delay since so many people are buying CSC for the sale?

Anyway, just pitching in that mine did take a little while to show up, so maybe yours will pop up soon too. I hope so c:

mine just went through! any progress on yours? it took at least 30-45 minutes for mine to process and be applied.
