So my Cricket phone just died out on me. Their customer service is dreadful and I'm stuck with a phone that has a broken display. I live in Arizona, so one of the cheapest non-contract provider is Cricket Wireless, but now I'm starting to wonder if it's worth it.
Just wanted to talk about it. Get it off my chest. Maybe get some insight from fellow subetains.
Cheap phone providers = more trouble than they're worth. For me, it makes more sense to shell out for a good phone and reliable service so I can have peace of mind about getting things fixed easily should the unlikely problem arise. OTL
This is true. I'm still fond of no-contract phones. Checking out BestBuy.com to see what I can find. Right now I'm looking at AT&T plans, but I don't like having a limit on my minutes. Hm.
Yeah, it's hard to find good things like that! I'm sure with some research you'll be okay. I heard Consumer Cellular was okay, good customer service, though not sure if it'd meet your requirements. Maybe check out Virgin Mobile's stuff, or Metro PCS if you have it in your area.
