You can add the shoutbox widget to your Kumos sidebar and/or your Legacy sidebar. It hasn't been turned on the legacy site in years, but it's back!

I do love Louis, so I'm glad we're getting a reaction. Didn't unlock for me, but I hope that happens eventually.
Of course this is one of those things that has weird lag, but the page will update ~30 minutes after you've opened it on either site. Will investigate that cache lag!

I had to remove and add the widget again on Kumos to unlock it.
Ohh, that made sense, but no luck for me...yet! Not a big deal, though. I am sure it'll be there.
Starting with neither enabled, I did Kumos first; it unlocked via Legacy. The Legacy Add/Remove buttons took multiple tries before they saved (but not 30min). Hope this helps someone else!
