So I had an artist make a tattoo I saved the image to my computer and uploaded it from a file on my computer Then I got this...Invalid file upload: no .png extension. You uploaded a file with extension: jpg What the heck does this mean?

It means your file is saved as a .jpg, you need to make it transparent and save it as a .png file.

but the artist put it as a transparent ..........

Can you post the image here? They may have made it transparent and then forgot to save it as a .png. I do that sometimes, and since you cant save a jpg with transparency, it automatically gets a whitebackground.
