Well it's retired now and most likely won't be restocking again any time soon. Someone must have snatched up all the cheap ones. So not really sure. 1mil does seem steep... but the price might come down sooner or later it's not such a high demand item.

Miasma is right, the price will come down because not many people will buy that item for that amount of sP. :P Just because it's retired doesn't mean it's in demand.

No idea but probably quite a few since it was rarity 25 and official price was around 333 sP.
