As far as I know, it's still vendable, but I haven't vended at OD in a while.

and I haven't been able to vend one myself either. But vend one yesterday. So I guess they didn't re-retire. THey're just VERY VERY rare.

I wonder if they changed the odds of vending one though, because they seem a lot rarer than they used to be. :P
