I always see "old school previews" on HA threads, what exactly are they? Isn't it better to have regular previews? Sorry if i sound like a newbie :P

Those are previews of items that you can see without having your HA base appear. This is handy for people who are zombies / have zapper V2 skins / are hit with snowballs, etc. It's done so that your view of the item is unobstructed.
