Hey guys, I bought 500 csc this morning and was wondering if it was normal it took so long to get it. I bought it at around 11 this morning.

Recieved this email at around 13h50. Also this is what they say in the email:

Hello ,

We have received your payment for Subeta. It has not yet been accepted by Subeta but we are working with them to quickly correct the problem.

We apologize for this delay and inconvenience.

As soon as we resolve this matter we will contact you.

Is this normal? I usually get it as soon as I purchase it with Pay by cash. I just want to know, maybe it's normal. c:

Pay by cash is a UGC card right? I don't think I ever got an email like that from one before :x I don't know why there would be an issue, but personally I would file a ticket if you haven't just in case. Once I had an issue with Stripe and after filing a ticket we figured out it was an issue with the bank (that has since happened again with another site's purchase). At least that way they might be able to tell you what the issue is if it's on Subeta's end

There's a thread in Problems & Bugs about CSC not showing up. It doesn't say anything about the email though :x
