If the price in my own shop is the lowest price, why does the autopricer try to change the item that I'm autopricing to the next lowest, not keep my own price?
For instance, let's say that the lowest Red Ball in the shop search is priced at 500sp (in my shop), and the next lowest Red Ball is 1,000sp, and then the next lowest is 1,500sp.
The autopricer is trying to price my Red Ball at 1,000 - trying to up the price on mine by +500sp - instead of keeping my price. Why? My price is the lowest! It should automatically keep the lowest price, right?
I don't understand - I've had to click the skip button a lot. Is this by design? Someone please explain it to me!
I've noticed the same thing, and it's incredibly annoying! I have an in my shop at the lowest shop search price, and there are even two other people with it at the same price as me... yet every time I autoprice, it tries to reprice it at almost 700k more than the lowest price! This has been going on for weeks with that item, and it's happening consistently with several other items as well.
I don't know if this is a bug or if it's a deliberate feature of the autopricer to prevent undercutting; however if it's meant to be the latter, it doesn't work consistently because other items in my shop are undercut by other users, and the autopricer lowers my price to match theirs. Like Sekhmet, I go through and click the skip button everywhere it tries to raise my price, every time. It's a hassle, but I'm not going to let it raise my prices when I want them to be lowest.
