I have not unlocked a lot of hair, and when I clicked "Show only unlocked" it says, "No hairstyles found matching your criteria." Sice the "Show only purchasable" seems to work properly, it made me assume all hairs is locked. But Then I manually browse through 19 pages to see I have a few unlocked.
