Can you plant seeds in more than one section?

What happens if you want to change where your garden is?

it looks like you can only plant one seed per plot, so only two for starting out. but the guide indicates you get more plots with more experience, so I think we'll have a chance to have more flowers going at once as time goes on. I can't see any way to change where our plots are, though.

I was also annoyed that I don't remember seeing any place that says your location choice is permanent and can't be changed. I have seeds waiting to be planted but wanted to try a different location. That doesn't seem very fair if the location makes any difference.
