I LOVE the concept behind the wardrobe competitions. It is not only so much easier than the forum based ones of years past, but has so much potential! That said, I've run into a few issues and there's a few things I'd really love to see. If anyone else has ideas, drop them here?

First, current issue:

Tried to make a contest this morning to test if I could now actually access the contest and approve entries based on the theme, and it gives me this error:

Unexpected token '<', ..." <div class"... is not valid JSON

No idea if this is simply because of an option I selected, or if it would do this for all, but was afraid of making a bunch of duplicates if I tested it beyond that.

Now questions/please can we have this

Is there anyway that there could be a creator dashoboard?

I would love to have a place where I can:

  • see all the contests I've created so far.
  • monitor and moderate current contests
  • make minor edits for clarification or because fat-fingers are a thing.
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY: If creator approval is required, somewhere to actually easily find and approve the entries. And sort of along that line, someway to leave some basic feedback if you need to disqualify or remove entries if they are way off theme, maybe?

I really would use this feature ALL the time, but at least in the past, it's been difficult for me to actually admin the contests I run to make sure that they are successful for the theme and a pleasant experience for the user. The new contest page is SO much easier, one page, and not as complicated, but having some dashboard for my contests and tools to manage them would be absolutely fantastic.

Adding to it: I see your contest, and I entered with my current avatar, also just to test if I can enter contests again (since I haven't been able to do so for a while). I can see there should be 4 entries, including mine, but none show up. My entry is still "pending" so I'm assuming you have "creator approval" enabled. That's probably the thing giving the error, since entering Keith's test contest immediately showed mine as "approved", so that one was probably an "open to enter" contest.

I can't remove my entry again though, in the previous version you could remove your entry and replace it with a new one. I also entered the Fantasy one for the heck of it, to see if it would work, but now I can't remove my entry anymore. :/

Yes, that was one of the things I was testing! I would like to be able to have a creator approved contest, however once I make the contest, I cannot moderate it in any way, not even approve entries. I can't figure out how to do that on this one, either. I can enter my own contest or delete it. I did end up deleting it since what I was testing isn't working!
