I was looking forward to spending a voucher or two so I looked through my WL and chose a few things I liked. Opened the Shop Search, which said they were available so I clicked on Buy but the item isn't up front and center like normal. So I start clicking through the different categories (Where did All go?) but the item I want to buy is nowhere to be found! This is so frustrating because these are items I've been wanting for a long time and now I just can't get it even though the site says they're available!

Looked through various forums and don't see anyone else talking about it so is this my problem?

Ive been running into this issue too, but I found that I could access the shops through the cw directory and it would allow me to purchase. Not sure if you need Shop Search to redeem a voucher or not, but hopefully this can help temporarily.
