PROFILE-MAKING TUTORIAL does not exist?

Is there any way to access the "PROFILE-MAKING TUTORIAL" I want to learn but the link in the "Profiles and Graphics Rules" thread say I am not allowed to see the page.
Unfortunately that usually means that the board was so old or so full of posts that it was deleted. I know a lot of the "useful threads" posts need to be updated.
I don't want to step on toes or just delete things if there is a replacement. On Profiles and Graphics Rules / Useful Threads there is a useful thread that does not exist anymore. Please see post above mine.

Multiple of the links don't work. And some of them newer than the ones that do work linked. I can take them off and keep it in a separate spot in case they load up again. They were on and off since the switch which is why I left them.
