Let's start off with some good points, with difficulties added to the game it isn't just basically impossible. Having more than one location is also fun. The equipment shop with items is a nice addition and having it have a function in the game is just amazing.
Difficulties
< Beginner: Grid: 200x200 | Moves: 6 | Cooldown: 30 min ::: Targeting: 10x10 grid
< Intermediate: Grid: 300x300 | Moves: 5 | Cooldown: 45 min ::: Targeting: 20x20 grid
< Expert: Grid: 400x400 | Moves: 4 | Cooldown: 60 min ::: Targeting: Pixel Perfect
< First two difficulties I don't see any issue that is not negligible, with how things are set up with some simple math someone can get really good at doing those difficulties
< Expert on the other hand, the things that can be ignored previous become something more
~ What does a 400x400 grid with pixel perfect targeting exactly entail, someone could answer that the targeting is 400X400 grid meaning every spot is one pixel big. Which is what I think it would mean...
~ the corners of the map is rounded so they're invisible, which doesn't matter for the previous difficulties but for expert that means there are spots not shown
~ now the pond is fine for sizing the image it's 400x400 so each pixel is a one to one representation but what about the underground that image is displayed as 500x333 (actual image is 600x400) which means the grid is not one to one which makes me wonder how is the positioning calculated? best solution is to just force the image to display as 400x400 and on expert get rid of the rounded corners, it looks fine on easier difficulties though
~ also the display for the point for previous chosen spots could literally block someone from getting perfect, I understand the size for visual looks, so something needs to be done like maybe not prevent clicking?
~ Suggestion one: expert should have a little hover like previous difficulties that display the point you have selected
~ Suggestion two: have a secondary way of selecting the spot you fish, like two inputs (horizontal and veritical position) with a submit button, mostly so mobile users have a better/more precise way of selecting a spot
Equipment
< Bug: You're unable to use bait if you bring a rod and bait
Rods
< Cheap Fishing Pole (I like using this one)
~ Description: "Shows N/S/E/W direction to treasure" is fine though not 100% accurate since it's the eight cardinal directions, so like "Shows the one of 8 cardinal directions to treasure"
< Expensive Fishing Pole
~ Description: "Shows precise direction and close/far indicator"
~ Bug: When any East is shown it should be West and vice versa (examples: ENE should be WNW, SW should be SE. and so on), also note cheap fishing pole works perfectly fine
< Nuclear Fishing Rod
~ Description: "Shows exact distance to treasure"
~ what does that even mean? like why is this better than getting a direction??
~ Tried it out normal distance shows 240.5 and the rod says 238 units
~ I assume it's moving from chosen spot to treasure by moving left/right/up/down only no diagonals
~ I don't see how this is useful compared to the other two rods maybe if it showed like "X horizontal units, X vertical units" and if that is too helpful then randomly shows just one "X horizontal unit" or "X vertical units"
Bait
< Can of Worms
~ Description: "Eliminates 1 row or column from search"
< Taunting Worm
~ Description: "Eliminates a 2x2 corner area"
~ this seems like the worst option like it eliminates 4 spots no matter what difficulty at least that is how it reads
< Live Fishing Bait
~ Description: "Eliminates an entire quadrant"
~ Price for this should be swapped with (Fresh Zombie Bait and Moldy Zombie Bait)
~ Examples:
~ quadrant: total 10x10 grid = eliminates 25 ::: total 20 x 20 grid = 100 eliminates
~ 2 row/column: total 10x10 grid = eliminates 20 ::: total 20 x 20 grid = 40 eliminates
< Fresh Zombie Bait
~ Description: "Eliminates 2 rows or columns"
< Moldy Zombie Bait
~ Description: "Eliminates 2 rows or columns"
< Kraken Bait
~ Description: "Eliminates 50% of the grid"
Final Distance
< I seen other posts mention this but getting the final distance to display on the reward screen would be nice to see how close I was to getting the treasure also there is the added benefit of when someone does hit the spot the shown distance of 0 gives no doubt to them that they actually did it.
Prizes
< sp and xp is determined by how well you did and difficulty which is great
< but the item on the other hand is it just random?

Fishing Adjancent: Acitivty Timers At one point the display showed:
I hope that there are more locations added later but overall really love the new fishing game. Can't wait to see how other games might get some updates/upgrades to them.
Also seeing that issue with the expensive fishing pole. I activate it before my first guess and it's E/W flipped, maybe it's supposed to be used after 1 guess so it has a reference point??? [edit] Also agree on the live fishing bait, it's way more useful therefore should be more expensive.
