Constantly getting logged out of Kumos even after clicking the stay logged in box

Is there a way to stay logged in? I'm constantly getting logged out of Kumos even after checking the stay logged in box. If I am idle for more than 15 minutes on my laptop, I also get logged out of Kumos.

Yup, I've had this issue for a couple weeks. It's frustrating and I'm avoiding Kumos entirely.
