Mild heart attack, I go check on Louise: Louise the Glacier Yaherra. So the potion works but the text (and image) aren't matching the change.

Yep, I experienced this around a week ago (I meant to make a report but forgot), with my newest pet, an Angelic Tigrean. He did change and the potion was used, but it was unnerving to see the common image and text instead of what I actually used.

I also experienced this today, with a wild potion on a golden velosotor. Brief panic before confirming that the item did work correctly.
