Ello everyone! So, I know I had 3 free before, I checked it when the announcement went up. I think my skin that I started before, back on the 15th when we thought that was the last day, might have claimed a freebie after I finished and cleared my skin. I went back to the VIP a moment ago, and now I only have 2. Is that intentional? I thought the skins we were already bitten for would not count.

Conclusion: There were 3 total during the whole event, not an additional 3 at the end. I did claim that first one at the beginning. Something must have glitched that caused me to see 3 after the announcement, and confused me into thinking that there was an additional 3.

I'm sorry. When I go to the VIP to claim the free Survival skins, It now says I have 2 left to claim out of the 3 the announcement said. I think I saw somone in the comments to that announcement also have free infections go missing.

Ooh, so you're saying you haven't claimed any but it's making it out like you did, not that you don't have one you unlocked? I just checked and mine is saying I have 3 left. You could try sending in a ticket to see if a UA can check your logs.. maybe it locked you into one while you visited the page. They might be able to get it reset or at least let you know which one it was. Might worth a shot. :o

Correct! I didn't click anything, though. I was waiting out my current infection, intentionally.

Edit: I made that mistake the first freebie that was offered, except I paid before I realized where the freebie link was, and then claimed the exact same one. I kicked myself for that one.
