I want to know whether getting the matured skin 'instantly' also collects all the evolving stages to unlock later on or do I only get the final product.

Asking as the system downtime made this year's skin harvesting very very poor and the works made posting on kumos impossible...

[edit] Also want to know if the free skins can be redeemed after the event as the above reason prevented forum usage for bites and had to wait nearly a week to get unclogged via VIP...

i'm assuming you mean being able to wear stages through the age regression service, and yes it unlocks the skin for use in that! as for your second question, hopefully staff will answer that, but i would guess that you could only unlock them while survival is active because i'm pretty sure VIP closes when it's not running.
