I ran into this problem last week, but unfortunately it got worse. I was up for renewal on the 15th, and wanted to upgrade before then, but couldn't, so I just cancelled and was planning to sign up again. Unfortunately, now it seems like the page won't load at all. I get access denied when looking at subs on kumos, but these are my error messages on legacy.

Page loads, but both the header and the body have an endless spinner. Behavior is the same across chrome and ff and is not fixed by a hard refresh. I haven't tried dumping my cache yet, but I don't use chrome so I figured that'd be the same behavior. Will try anyways, and report back if that fixes it for some reason.
