Pet's Hunger Not Going Down

As someone who has been very on point with feeding my food pet for achievements lately, I noticed around an hour ago that my pet's hunger did not go from 10 to 9. I decided to wait a bit just in case it was a cache thing (and since I check :15 after, maybe I forgot I fed him?), and nope, next hour his hunger is still 10/10.
Last time I fed him was an hour after the site's rollover, so 1am Subeta time. If it matters (which I doubt since I was able to feed him the next hour), I gave him an appetite renewal a few minutes after Subeta's midnight, and fed him to 10 from there.
I try not to think. It interferes with being nuts.
Can confirm this is happening, I fed my pet Winter a single item early this morning (3:30am-ish Subeta time), putting her at 1/10 hunger, and she is still at 1/10 hunger now at 10:00am Subeta time. She should have gone down to zero hunger awhile ago.

She's at 0/10 now as of 10:00pm Subeta time (although it could have happened earlier, I haven't been on) so either this resolved itself/was a cache issue or someone fixed it or something, idk XD
Update: It is going down, just not at the same rate? I didn't check his hunger again until after 7pm subeta time and it was 1/10 then. Meaning it went down but not at the once per hour rate (since I waited over 12 hours and it hadn't gone all the way down)
I'm gonna just watch it for a bit, since it looked like it went down the last hour changeover since I was working on feeding him during that period. We'll see if it goes down again in 11 minutes!

As of 7:30ish pm Subeta time, my pet Winter is at 3/10 hunger.
Looks like it's back on track, yep! I've been back to being able to feed him once an hour :)
