I uploaded an image I drew of my real life turtle, Callie, that I want to use on my Chelon who is named after him...however, it is has been a bit over a week to a week and a half, and the image has not been reviewed. How long does it normally take for that process?

editing to add... I am only pinging because I have seen your name on the forums, and figured you might be able to reply. I do not want to bother staff if I do not have to, I know they are super busy with everything else. I am just new to this process.
