I didn’t see a thread about this, but I may have missed it. Sorry if so. But yeah. I tried to auto price my shop a few hours ago. And it never went through. It still says “ It looks like you already autopriced, but it did not finish processing. You will receive a sidebar event when it finishes!”

Edit: now of course it just went through XD

I just tried to auto price, and got this error message at the Apply Prices stage:

Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON

Yep. Just happened to me here.

I try not to think. It interferes with being nuts.

Does ti say that when you click "autoprice" in the menu (so it doesn't load your items at all) or after you load your items?

It did it when I clicked "load and preview," but it's gone now! Sorry to bug you

About 20 of the items I autopriced did not get prices, out of a quickstock of 100. It's possible the other 80 were already priced and just adedd to a stack count, I didn't pay enough attention to say for sure and offhand I'm not remembering anything I can cross check that with.

The new autopricer is loading and pricing incorrectly for quite a few items. It seems to choose its own lowest and price from there. Idk if it's a cache issue or what.

I'm pretty sure it priced all my items, but the prices weren't necessarily correct, if that makes sense.

I was getting the same error as earlier too, but I can load prices now! However, a lotttttt of the suggested "lowest" prices are not the lowest, and are higher than the current prices. With some it's just by a couple hundred sP, with some the price difference is pretty extreme, but in every case it defeats the purpose of autopricing.

It's also interesting that a couple hundred items have "no market data" - every single item in this shop costs below 40k, with others on the shop search to guide the prices.

It looks like the numbers are pulled from the same stable price data that quests now use maybe? Rather than the old way, which checked what the actual lowest price was at the time you hit load. The old way of finding a number looks like it's still working on the Edit Items page - is it possible to put that mechanic back in the auto pricer?

Hi folks, can you take a look again? It should be using the actual shops lowest price now!

it looks somewhat better in that it's not mostly green text/price raises anymore, but it still thinks some items are more expensive than they currently are

it worked fine for me, all prices seems to have been based on the lowest prices. But I'm sure it depends on the items in question.

It worked well for me, I made sure to scan a few random pages after it priced and they all seemed to be priced correctly. Thanks Keith!

It's looking a LOT better today - way more red or no change than green, for the first time on this version for me. There are still a handful of price increases popping up, but few enough that I'm probably gonna run it anyway this time. So yeah still not 100% fixed and trustworthy, but improving.

Edit: I searched a couple of those price increase items, and it looks like that's now only happening on ones where mine is a lower price than any other available. So it arguably is fixed in that it's not inventing higher prices anymore! In those cases I'd definitely still prefer for it to count my price toward the lowest though, rather than increasing to the next lowest. The whole goal is to appear at the top of the shop search, right? Don't love it lessening the odds.

I just noticed my autoprice didn’t price like almost half of the items in my shop…? Like they were still set to no price after using the autopricer
