I signed up for the "fresh" virus strain (i dont remember its actual name sorry) several times now, and every time I'm put in a 2 hour queue. But every time the queue ends nothing happens, I don't get the virus strain or anything and I have to pay more sp just to try again.

Really does not help how buggy the kumos version of the site is, I'm like this close to giving up on this game altogether T_T

Next time this happens, you can go to https://kumos.subeta.net/explore/healer and ask her to restore it for you. For now, if you picked up the Fresh strain again, go to Healer to restore it. Use the Healer generously for fixes for paid strains. Good luck!

Amidst the domain errors on kumos, I decided to be stubbornly persistent and kept refreshing until the queue reached the end and the virus strain was able to go through. But I will keep this in mind next time, thanks! :D

Wow!! That's great though. You managed to fix it all by yourself and I didn't even know that what was causing it. Yeah, the lag and bugs these past days got so bad T-T I'm glad that it's behind us and hope it doesn't bork up again now
