Hi, it's obvious on my avatar-- I am not wearing that hair anywhere. It is however set to the last time I used it and colored it...2 years ago I think.

I don't know why the virus is pulling that data but it hasn't progressed past stage 6, and resetting it at the healers did nothing. I really don't want to reset my avatar or pay 1mil and lose progress....

Yeah, mine is also wearing old hair that I haven't worn in years with no way to remove it. Also, some of my equiped items arent showing up in avatar preview across the site, namely background and foreground elements. :/

same, i've been stuck on this phase for 2 days and its gotta be connected. resetting it at the healer doesn't work either.
