I joined a group and want to leave and stop getting pinged

For the legacy forums, I think you can go here to see the groups you're in: https://subeta.net/forums.php/groups/#/your Then click the name of the group you want to leave, then the red "leave" button on the next page.

I don't know how to do it on Kumos though.
