I fully progressed both Fresh and Hearty, got the event for the full unlock and everything. But instead of showing my avatar wearing the new skin it shows it blank (except for the hair that's still stuck). When I go into the wardrobe, the skins show as unlocked, but they're glitched out and show a blank image.

And now i got new virus it's not showing up and all my clothes are gone and can't get into the wardrobe

Same here. The images aren't broken in the "old" Wardrobe but they are broken in Kumos Wardrobe. I've unlocked "Fresh" and I think "Cozy" but I can't use either of them. (One of the Experiment Skins is broken in Kumos as well.)
