It would be very useful to see how far along we are in a zombie virus! Specially for people who are trying to collect all skins. Maybe even an "hours left" if it's not too much to ask <3

I think that's a little too meta and I'm not sure I like the idea. It encourages min-maxers, and that's not really what the event is about.

I'm not against it, but I can easily live without it.

It was always doable in previous years to work out when you first became infected (especially using event notifications), and then roughly plot out the times between stages (I believe it varied between 6-8 hours but may have become standardised to ~8 hours per stage). That's still doable even with interruptions and downtimes.

Doing the maths and setting alarms was kind of fun, honestly.

I don't think this is necessary. Then again, if people love the idea, sure.

I thought about this being useful for when HAs weren't updating automatically, a bunch of people were confused if their strains were progressing or not, but if there's nothing broken then there's no need to reassure that. Gunner from the VIP tells us to sit and enjoy the ride so I don't think he wants us to worry too much how long it's gonna take. If we really are curious or anxious about it, we can just quick search how many hours it needs to finish a certain strain completely, this information is already on the wiki.

But if it ever gets considered and if people really need to be reassured of how much time they have left, maybe adding some flavor to it like making a specialist tell you how much time the strain takes according to his knowledge or something?
