Anyone besides me having this issue?

Not progressed since the site came back up, after maintenance

I seem to be stuck too. Waiting til morning to see if anything changes (also its strange on kumos my HA does not show any progression at all, but on legacy I'm on stage 4)

My virus says it has completed the last stage, but I don't have it in my new skins and my avatar seems to have reverted to looking normal.

agreed, can't even see my previous progression to stage 6, just a nakey avatar (pleasure)

Somehow after all the workarounds that didn't work and even pay the infections guy to remove it, my HA now shows stage 6

I seem to be stuck on stage 1 of Hearty :(

My events tab says that might infection was completed and I have the skin unlocked in wardrobe but VIP still says its 'developing' and I cannot pick a new strain. Avatar shows still in stage 1.

I have Cozy unlocked in the legacy site, cleared it with the healer since it is unlocked in both legacy and Kumos(though Kumos is a broken image). Went to get my free virus which was Fungus(Luminescent), unlocked it to be completely matured and it says it should be in my skins wardrobe, but it's not unlocked there nor it is on my avatar.

Still can't tell if my virus has progressed, and the usual virus tracking thread isn't up either, so I can't see what's going on with the others.

I have been stuck on the Pleasure virus since Survival started. During the first big glitch, it totally disappeared, so I had to purchase it again. Now at Stage 6 but no sign of completed skin on Legacy or Kumos. The 8 hour development timeframe is not even relevant due to errors and downtime. Will probably wait till this evening and if nothing changes I will submit a ticket. So frustrating...

I must also be stuck because nothing has happened yet and I've gotten the notification saying it has completed... Also my redeemed hairstyle has vanished from my HA (still on inside wardrobe) and will not show up on my HA anymore when I re-save.

I waited until after the downtime to try and get a virus to begin with, yet my Hearty infection disappeared right when it was supposed to be completed. After that failed I tried claiming the mature version of the hearty virus for free as well, and even though it said "Your Hearty infection has been applied!" twice on the page, I still have nothing.

Then again, when going to check on my listed skin this time, I noticed... none of the 2026 skins are even listed there.

I've paid for infection 3 times, and it disappeared 3 times after progressing for a short time. Checked the VIP each time, and nothing. I just logged on today and it's gone. Again. I'm done.

I also waited for days and it says my avatar Fully Infected! Strain: Cozy But I noticed alot of others have the same problem

That's unfortunate :( When you went to the Healer, did you check over the options that can help restore infection stages? Check if it's available for you to at least get back to whatever stage was last recorded by the site.

Hi, I am having this issue too. Strain has not progressed, and I have tried using the Healer's bug fixes. Even using these they are not progressing :O
