I've given out a few kisses but there's one user where I get the message: 'Whoops! Couldn't kiss!'

😩 yeah its not letting me kiss caldodecana on the legacy site this whole time unless I travel all the way to laggy Kumos to do it

On normal Kissing threads I have repeatedly stumbled across users with a greyed out (not clickable) kissing link (Kumos)

edit: actually everybody's link is greyed out now on the topic I'm in...

On kumos, I noticed the link is greyed out when your cooldown time is still running. Then I think the page is meant to refresh itself... but with the lags, it doesn't always work, so the links stay greyoud out unless you refresh it yourself once your cooldown time is passed.
