HA's hairstyle not showing up

I'm on Windows 11 Pro, Chrome browser.
The hairstyle that my HA has been using for a long time now called Knot shows up in the wardrobe, but isn't showing up anywhere else (forums, profile, etc.) so it just appears bald now.

Having the same issue. Using Firefox and Windows 11 Home

The hairstyle is visible now, but it's not the same colors it was before. I'll try to change the colors back when I have a chance later and we'll see what happens.

Mine aren't as well unless it's an item, same for my hair for outfits on the new wardrobe as well. I'm using windows 10 on Firefox.

I've posted on other threads that admins have been active on but I'm on day three of being bald. It's pixels, I get it, but it's also dampened my enjoyment of this place to the point of it being nearly nonexistent anymore.
So I tried to get the colors my hairstyle had before to show up outside of the wardrobe, but it just won't change/update. I go into the wardrobe and the colors are showing up as what they should be, I click "Wear," but it doesn't update outside of the wardrobe.

hey folks! just want to double check that you're all on the legacy wardrobe right? We have two systems that are building hair right now, and I want ot make sure that i tackle the right one!
AND, when you go to the wardrobe, it shows that you're wearing the hair, it's just not generating in your avatar images, right?

Yep, I've been dealing with this which is why I made myself a new avatar. It's having issues showing on Kumos. I haven't touched the Kumos wardrobe (if that has anything to do with it) at all.
It still shows in the legacy wardrobe for me as the right hairstyle/colour on the outfits page (pretty certain it was showing fine when editing the outfit too) and it was showing on the hoverover on Legacy, but if I ever looked at it on Kumos, the hair wouldn't show. Looks like it's just affecting the salon hairstyles, the items, like on my current HA, show just fine.
I try not to think. It interferes with being nuts.
Hi eveyone! THIS IS FIXED 💪 If your avatar doesn't show up correctly now, go into the wardrobe and give it a little change so that it can save over the image - and your hair will be returned 💇♂️
The avatar image generator wasn't recognizing the hairstyle data format that the legacy wardrobe uses. When you pick a hair color/style in the old wardrobe, it saves a reference ID in a different format than what the new image renderer expected. So it was silently failing to find your hair and just... not rendering it.

Im still having issues with the hair. there is a black hair that is over the hair I already have. I have cleared my HA and redid it and it still coming up weird : ( Im using the legacy one, I believe.
I put legacy hair style on my ha, and it would not save. I was bald, so I'm choosing no clothes for now lol

Late reply, but I was using the legacy wardrobe to answer Keith's question.
Edit: Also, thanks for fixing the issue, Keith, at least on my end it seems like it's fixed as my hairstyle's colors went back to what they're supposed to be.
