Hustler being extra shady - taking CSC but not giving item

I tried buying this (twice) and both times He took my CSC but didn't give me the item.
I swear this happened a few days back as well but didn't screengrab the item in question.
I know he's a hustler but come on! :D
This happened to me too! I only tried buying it once and then checked both my inventory and my collection. Beanbag nowhere to be found! I'm wondering if it's time for a ticket?
Double check your beanbag collection. if it's not there, file a ticket. The hustler is not supposed to run away with CSC, but I have had the item go directly to collections before.

Just experienced this issue with the Amethyst Embedded Clay Figurine. Purchased multiples and didn't receive any of them. I took screenshots and filed a ticket.

Thanks for reporting this - tracked it down and it's been fixed.
What happened: There was a bug in the Hustler's purchase code where it would take your CSC but fail to actually deliver the item. The transaction was broken in a way that the credits got deducted but the item never made it to your inventory.
For this rotation (Amethyst Embedded Clay Figurine): Everyone who purchased and didn't receive their items has been sent the owed items plus 100 CSC for the trouble. Check your inventory and events!
For previous rotations: Unfortunately we can't automatically identify who was affected since the Hustler resets purchase counts each rotation and the failed transactions didn't leave logs. If you purchased from the Hustler during a previous rotation and didn't receive your item, please file a ticket and we'll sort it out.
The Hustler should be working correctly going forward. Sorry for the hassle!

Oo I just had this issue right now when trying to buy the Amethyst Embedded Clay Figurine and saw this forum post after the filing a ticket. That being said, it seems like the Hustler is still having issues just as a heads up!
It also happened to me as well. I'm sorry, but I want my item. I paid for it with CSC, and he just robbed it.
Just happened to me moments ago while trying to buy a on legacy. Blank screen and no bunny :(

I just tried to buy the Tibba item and it gave an error on kumos but then a blank screen on legacy. It took my CSC but gave no bunny.
Bought the Amethyst Embedded Clay Figurine last night, figuring it was on a delay. Have not received it yet, either.
Haven't received my Clay Figurine from last night either, and I accidentally bought 3 not realizing! Already made a ticket.
The Hustler was fixed, and if you are still missing items, please fill out a ticket!
