I showed my roommate the site and she’d like to try it herself. However, we share a computer and I can’t seem to log out of my account. When I click “log out,” I’m redirected to the login page, but when I close the site and open it again, I’m still logged in. No matter how often I click the logout button, it doesn’t seem to stick.

Now my roommate is trying to create her own account, but whenever we try to access the registration page, we get a 404 error. I’m not sure if this is because I’m somehow still logged in in the background or what might be causing it. We also tried a different browser, but the same issue occurs.

We tried that last night and my friend managed to create an account, however, she could only access Kumos and many parts of the site were inaccessible because apparently, she wasn’t logged in …? For example, she could create a pet, but not visit Adopt’R’Us. She could go to games, but not to her wardrobe. Whenever she tried to log into the legacy mode, she was automatically redirected back to Kumos. She had confirmed her Email address and used the same browser as me, however, Subeta looked very different for her than how it does for me. The whole experience was a jumbled mess, I think it might have turned her off for now. I was just glad that I could log back in without any issues and I am a bit afraid to mess up my own access, so I’ll probably won’t suggest looking into it again unless she brings it up.

Apparently I wasn’t logged into Kumos, even though I thought I had been. Logging in was no issue. Logging out, however, redirects me to a 404 page and I now remain logged in. That is different from what was happening when I first started this topic, initially, I was able to log out of Kumos, but not legacy. And I had cleared my cache and deleted my cookies twice between then and now: First time to be able to log out of my account entirely, second time after my roommate had issues navigating the site after creating her account.
