is there a way to stock buy on kumos? i mean when you quest you can but besides that

What do you mean by "stock buy"? If you mean restock from the main shops, you just navigate to "Commerce" in the upper right menu and choose "Main Shops". Beware, the system is different than Legacy. You can hit a rule greater than "five seconds" after so many restocks. The restocks are random - not every five minutes like on Legacy. The items are a little more expensive as well. Basically, it's a downgrade almost entirely. The only positive is that there's not a five second rule initially, but I'd take five second rule over all the other changes.

Oh, of course! I don't think you can bulk buy in main shops any longer. You could do that initially in Kumos shops, but the shops have been changed. There may be some sort of workaround (like a link similar to the one you're sent to while doing quests), but I don't know of it. Maybe someone else knows of a workaround. I would use it! At least for the first 200 purchases you don't have to worry about the five second rule. Unfortunately, it starts stacking up after that.
