I have noticed new subetans, seem lost and not sure, what to do to enjoy subeta more.

I think it would be so helpful to new users, if they had to read rules, and received a list of helpful links to make their time here more enjoyable.

Hi! I recently signed up, and definitely read the rules, they're very clear while signing up :) a new forum post as well as a link to that might be nice, though!

It would be incredibly lovely if the rules link weren't in tiny print at the very bottom of the page.
