I don't seem to be able to quote posts--I can insert a quote using the quotation marks button in the post editor, but clicking on the speech bubble on someone else's post doesn't seem to do anything. (it...kind of highlights the post, I guess? but it doesn't put anything in the post editor, whereas on Legacy using the quote button on a post inserts a quote and pings the person quoted.)
