New Plot Line Idea

Saw so many people asking for the return of plots, so this one popped into my mind. I was absent from Subeta for a couple years, so I hope this idea hasnt been used before... and its not fully formed as I dont remember how Subeta plots actually progress...but...
Misfit Bot Invasion or Misfit Autobot Invasion--to make a play on AI ("Amnibot" could be used to avoid issues)
Robots have been sighted all over Subeta and are causing havoc! Not only do they seem quite adept at taking things apart, but they seem to have mysterious powers as well, as errie lights eminate from them. Subeta needs your help to find missing parts from (places/things) around town they have damaged. Perhaps following the trail of discarded parts will lead to the bots so we can take it/them out of commission! (Could be fun to make certain aspects of the game "broken" while it is damaged awaiting repair)...wait, did one of the bots run off with Oatmeal?!

The bots have been sighted coming out of The Rift (Or a rift / or a crater) ! Who is controlling them? Are they sentient?
Perhaps collecting crystals from Coda caves and feeding them into the bots, or the MAIN Bot will overcharge it and destroy it (group effort)
Involving Galaxian Wastes and Pina Park leaves opportunity to create a new clickable destination at the end of the plot, as there isnt much in either location currently.
This is just what I thought of on the spot. Im willing to write more/collaborate.
