I know you guys are working on Kumos, but most of us are playing here, on Legacy, so how about much less lag, no errors and more let us play? Thank you.
same getaway error every time
Please don't make posts that make it seem like we're doing this on purpose. The entire team is doing everything that we can to keep the legacy site running, I've mentioned over and over that it's 20 years old and something like a database backup (of legacy, btw) can send the entire system flying off the handle, which is what happened here. We had database issues - which were effecting both sites. I am working on Kumos, but the legacy site staying up is an important part of that.
The database has been restarted, and hopefully we'll see the load lessen over the next hour.

Thank you so much! I was just worried every time I went into my inventory and saw nothing but white, when I should have been seeing my items. I knew they were safe but it is a heart stopper when moving items.
I never said anyone was doing anything on purpose. But working on Kumos should not be in the detriment of Legacy. And quests missed due to the lag and errors should not be counted today as missed.
