An auction I created ended a day ago with no bids, and I still haven't gotten my item back (https://kumos.subeta.net/auctions/6900). It just says "This auction has ended and is being processed. Your items/currency will be distributed shortly."

I'm definitely not listing any more auctions until the system is improved, which doesn't seem to be a priority right now 😖 The CW option doesn't even work, so I filed a bug report but haven't gotten any response.

Hey!

Sorry about the delay - there was an issue with the scheduler that was preventing auctions from being processed automatically. I've fixed that bug and manually processed all the stuck auctions, including yours ().

Your item should be back in your inventory now. The scheduler is running properly again, so future auctions should close within a few minutes of ending.

Ah thanks! I was just coming here to edit my post and say I got my item back ^^; I'll give the auctions another try if they're working now!

Yup! This was also causing some other things to not run correctly that I'd noticed, so it was good to track down the root cause 💪
