There's none of these. Apparently you can only get it randomly from sticking yourself via the Hustler's sticker service according to Subetalodge. She also has a habit of asking for Another example of really high priced things in her quests. That's not even the most egregious, just one I found in the discord.

I think her requests should be limited to items that are reasonably priced and available in shops.

Another really high priced one-White Pirate Boots Sticker. It has a Stable Price of 4,500sP, but it's down to having 3 in shops for 3M each. Which makes me think she's asked for it a lot.

Full agree on this. I was so bummed rejecting a quest because she was asking for a crazy expensive item.
