The New Year Token rewards on Kumos are very generous, thank you! Would it be possible for them to go to our inventory as items instead of the currrency bank? I have plenty already banked and would like to just vault the tokens to sell or gift later. But since there's no way (afaik) to cash them out like we can with Wiz tokens, it would be nice to receive them as items so we can transfer them if we want.

You might get more response if you also advertised this on the Legacy site...

I just participated and got the reward, all seems to go well! I love memory threads like that because everyone gets to gush about how much they love subeta haha. I think specific prompt/response feature like that is cool in general. Is that for everyone in the future or a staff thing?

the kumos New Years shop doesn't seem to have the 2026 items in it.

I think more user-run giveaway options like this could be useful! I've seen people doing currency giveaways before. Automatically sending rewards to people would save a lot of time. I also have a lot of masquerade currency, I could find a way to use this feature. People could ask questions just for fun, like the subeta memory thread. Or something specific: maybe a person could share an art piece and look for critique, they ask for two responses "what do you like about it" "what do you think needs work" and then the responses are automatically rewarded.

But I do think there may need to be limits if it's taking from the host's currencies. Like if too many people respond and you run out of the currency, will it keep trying to reward or should the thread automatically close?? Stuff like that. Maybe some kind of stopper set to close replies when your stash hits a certain number that you set yourself. Or maybe something like only the first x amount of responses can be rewarded.

So where do we share, here, or on Kumos?

I'd like to know what's going on with my signature here too. I promise I didn't put that there. I noticed it has some weird text added to my sig that displays for me as "[no pet on leash]" before each line. There shouldn't be any kind of code or pet display or anything in front of my text. It's fine on Legacy. Just weird Kumos things...

Does the memory thread reward feel meaningful? Yes! Sharing memories is nice, it's nice introspecting on good memories and also sharing others nice memories!

What other kinds of "interactive threads" would you want to see? Tricky one 😅 Maybe something like this (memory thread) for each season or event? Free gifts type items or retired items released through forum participation? Rewards for feedback or participation in storylines?

Any technical issues with claiming rewards? No, and the link embedded in the alert worked too.

I tried the thread, and it worked really well (and was a nice walk down memory lane!)

However (and i'm not sure where to put this) when you subscribe to a thread on kumos it seems to give a notification for each post on the thread. I much prefer the legacy style, where it only tells you it's been posted on one time until you check back in.
