There are no holiday links for New Years on https://subeta.net/news.php
It seems like that is unusual and unintentional: users need to navigate to the release announcement or the main shops page, or else bookmark the link to the shop? (It also isn't showing in 'upcoming' so it's not just that an automation hasn't realised it's started).
Considering that there's a handful of threads ongoing about how people are unable to access their Lumi gifts, it's making me wonder what exactly has transpired behind the scenes for both to have happened.
It is now impossible to check when the current event is ending without browsing archives. Lack of shop link is also not ideal. We're two weeks into this holiday event now.
Is this one of the "updates" you mentioned will no longer be happening on subeta.net, like quest resets and holiday quest items?
I merged the systems that show the links on Kumos news and the main site, and it's clear some holidays didn't transfer over correctly. It'd be really helpful to me if you could tell me what links specifically would be useful for you to have there now, and I can add them super fast!

The link to the New Year's shop is not on the right sidebar on legacy - the one that currently says 'staff forum posts' and 'dailies.' Link - https://subeta.net/ss.php/newyears#/shop/ There's usually a "holiday will end on blah blah blah!" reminder as well.
I cannot find either on Kumos.
This was a problem earlier this year as well, when links to Melody and trees weren't put up until a week later. We're old and used to having our links on the right side of the news page and need them ;_;

For next holiday (Survival) we will be needing it much more: there are two shops, a zapper, the VIP, and very important forums links that will be posted in the news announcement and then archived before the end of the event. These would all usually be found in the "Current Holiday" section of the news sidebar.
edit 1/16: There is now a link to the NY shop on the Kumos news page, but not Legacy. The end date announcement is still on neither. Is there no record you could use to see what information was historically posted? NVLB can provide you a comprehensive list of the news page links for Survival if you need help before the next holiday. Removing features from Legacy before they exist on Kumos feels spiteful: please don't break things that work on Legacy to make Kumos more desirable!
