"legacy" IS the old/current site. kumos is the new one. the current regular site url is subeta.net and the kumos url is kumos.subeta.net. you can get to the version you want by typing the url into your browser.

Just be aware everything will eventually populate over to the kumos version. Some events already guide us there to participate.
