Hi there I was given this pet 3 weeks ago and I can't seem to correct its health

Level: 1021 Health: 3242 / 2941 Strength: 2209 Defense: 2208 Speed: 2209

Do I need to make a ticket or will it correct itself when I can start battling with it? It does not show up when I go to heal it. Thanks in advance.

this is probably because pets lose 10% of their health when they’re transferred/abandoned. your pet probably had a full health stat and then was abandoned. I'd try battling with it and getting it below your current stat and it will almost certainly fix the glitch. If not, it's worth filing a ticket. :)
