Hi! I’m new here, so please forgive me if I get something wrong!

Visiting the explore/carnival/ruffie_raffle.php page on January 2nd, 2026, seems to have given me the ‘Subeta Anniversary Border’ achievement, which says it can only be obtained between September 17-30. I do not appear to be able to use the avatar border, although I also cannot use the Pride border despite having its achievement. I am using the legacy site on mobile Firefox in iOS 26.1.
