it's the pet leash feature! it's a gold account perk, so you would have to be a gold account user to use it.

OHHHHHHhhhh........ dang :'D oh well, that answers my question at least (i felt kinda crazy trying to figure it out LOL)

edit: omg did someone give me a week of gold account???? i just saw the medal item in my inventory but there's no notification or anything....... ooaaa
