wdym? it's a collection so its official price is 250 csc (which is equivalent to ~25mil sP), but it only comes back into stock in june, so if you wanted it another time of year you'd have to buy it from another user. that means the hustler selling a collection for 200 csc is a better deal than what you'd pay from the main cash shop, and is often less than what you'd pay to buy it from another user throughout the year.

HOWEVER sometimes individual items within collections can be purchased from other users for even less than the value of the collection itself, so if you want something specific it's always worth checking whether it's worth more or less than what the collection would cost you.

like i said, most people price "out of season" collections much higher than the standard price as the trade-off for being able to get it right now instead of waiting. if you check the user shop search, you'll see other collections priced anywhere from 25-99m, with many hovering in the 70-90m range. however, that doesn't mean people are actually willing to pay those higher prices when they know they could just wait, or potentially buy the specific item they want for less.

so personally i don't consider the collections to be actually worth more than 250csc (which if we go by csc card prices is currently more like 29m sP). you might be able to find someone willing to pay a little bit more (maybe like 35-40m), but i'm not sure how confident i'd be in that possibility.
