i know next to nothing about the site and i'm really bewildered x_x i feel like most of the links i click are dead or simply don't work and i can't figure out how to customize my avatar or adopt pets or anything ;_;

there's SO MUCH to do here and the two different versions of the site really messes me up :'D as for the "dead links", it turns out when i verified my account it wasn't properly verified on the kumos site or something so i had to immediately reset my password for the legacy container links to function, and i kinda assumed at first we were just kinda supposed to use the kumos site over the old one, but there seems to be a lot that's not really working yet, haha

regarding that, can i ask about how avatars work?? i've managed to collect a bunch of wearables and even dress my avatar a bit, but i seem to only be able to access the customization interface on the kumos site through the "outfits" tab? the legacy site's wardrobe links to the new.subeta or whatever page that just loads indefinitely, and idk if that's something i'm doing wrong or just a known issue. wahhh

i've been doing the daily quests also; are we allowed to do them both on the legacy site as well as the kumos site?? i didn't realize they were counted as separate features until like JUST NOW and i don't wanna break rules :'D

No worries about the speed of reply! We all have things going on IRL too, so it's easy to get distracted with other things (especially around the Holidays), I have to say I've been slow to get all this out for you too!

The wardrobe is only on the Kumos site, long story short we have SO many wearables that the legacy wardrobe was struggling to load so it got put over to the Kumos site.

When you're on the Kumos site, are you logged in? It may be you are not logged in, so the page is not loading.

The Outfits section is for outfits you've already made, the Wardrobe section is where you make your outfits using clothing items you already own (but you can also toggle the option to try outfits with items you don't own, but just be wary some items may be super limited, or expensive, so don't get too attached to any of them)

For questing, I believe it's no problem to quest on legacy and kumos, but this rule isn't written anywhere on site. If you want verification, you can file a ticket and ask any rule questions, a User Admin will reply pretty promptly c:

i AM logged in on the kumos site now!! the "dead links" thing was only something i dealt with in the same browser session that i made my account and has thankfully fixed itself, but whenever i save my avatar on the kumos site it just doesn't show anywhere except there? like, if i go to the kumos site my avatar is updated and there!! but then it's just empty space on the old site wherever your avatar should be and i'm not sure what i did :'D

the page that just loads forever is on the new.subeta.net domain; is that separate from the kumos site??? i thought maybe i wasn't logged in there or something, but i can get the pets page to load (eventually), so it's just the wardrobe link that doesn't seem to work there for me.

avatar confusion besides, i do have ONE other question that i should have brought up before - IS there a way to move items in bulk??? my inventory gets filled up by questing really quickly and with the snow fairies popping up i don't know what to do about it all, haha

hi! welcome to subeta, yeah you can move items in bulk by using the quick sort feature :)

thank you!! :'3 please forgive if this is a dumb question, but how does one access the quick sort feature?? is it exclusive to one version of the site?

the way to do it is go to commerce >> your shops >> hover over it and next to your shop/gallery name it should say something like "(qs)" and from there you can stock your items in bulk to your vault/shop/etc!!

ohhh i don't uh. have a shop either :'D never figured out how to make one haha,, where do i even go for that?

sorry for so much, but if you go to your shops, itll show you a menu where u can create either a shop or gallery, you can have 4 as a regular member and 6 as a GA ^_^

no no, I'M sorry for asking so many questions!! :'D i don't seem to have any kind of menu to create a shop or gallery, at least that i can see? hovering over the "your shops" option under the commerce tab doesn't show anything, and when i'm actually on the user shops page it just tells me i have no shop LOL

LOL nope!! it's ok though omg i appreciate all you've been doing to help ;_; my avatar was also broken until just like hours ago (a staff member had to manually fix it) so i have no idea if this is also something just busted for me or what tbh........... guh

edit: MAN. the only guide i found to creating a shop is from like 2016 and sure enough the screenshots in the post have buttons that straight up do not exist for me. subeta torment nexus

ahh yeah!! destiny fixed it for me thankfully, seems to all be working properly now!!

as for my shop it genuinely just randomly showed the button to create it the same day you posted your comment LOL did you do that somehow??? thanks either way hehe ^_^ finally i can quickstock......!!!!
