I was sure that if we have a tree gallery finally, we are able to vote for trees. Not yet, but maybe? I mean people worked to have some amazing trees, so...why not? Maybe even win a little something, like top 10 3 items, then top 20 2 items, top 50 1 item and, if...top 100? Tiny items, not expensive, a Lumi cookie, gingerbread something, eggnog, you know, a simple seasonal appreciation for a beautiful tree.

I think this is a cute idea. With so many users, it would be hard to manage making voting fair I think. I know they can shuffle the order randomly, but with HA contests we're talking 20-40 entries vs all the users. Maybe they could have "tree contests" next year with themes that people can decorate their tree to match and then enter! That would be fun!

Ooh I love the idea of themed tree contests! That way people could choose to enter, so it wouldn't be voting on EVERYONE's tree, and it should work fairly.
