Has everyone's trees opened? Mine has not but I have seen others sending thank you's for their gifts. Looks like I have gifts but maybe I dont?

I'm an older use who came back and my tree hasn't opened, either. I don't know if I'm supposed to do something or not? I know there is a way to get to gifts people send to you, like boxes, but I don't know how to get to it.

I'm an older user too, and I had to ask somebody! It's stupid this year - you have to click on "Luminaire Tree" in the news. Then there should be options on the upper right - Gallery, Presents, Gifts Given. Presents is what you're looking for. A news post would have been very helpful, both when trees were released to explain how things would work and today!

Thanks for the tute, I was lost! I thought things were automatic, maybe they weren't before? I'm older too and this switching between the legacy and kumos sites can be frustrating. Happy Lumi!!

I'm in the same boat as all of you( being an older user) It definitely needed more explanation. At least for this time around. My friend had to tell me where to go. I'm glad I'm not the only one that had issues, lol! Merry Christmas and Happy Luminaire to all of you!
